What does this look like?

• We are a community where diverse people worship Jesus in a life changing way.
• We are a community where the gospel is regularly taken outside the walls; meeting practical needs, demonstrating practical love.
• We are a community where each person can grow into the person Jesus calls them to be, ultimately being transformed into His image.
• We are a community.

What do we value?

Purpose:  we exist for God’s glory.  Nothing more, nothing less.
Gospel:  we suck and we need Jesus.  He is our Hero.
Story:  telling others of God’s work to reconcile us to Him.  Our arrows point out.
Worship:  we want to love God with our lives.  It’s not just a Sunday morning thing; singing is optional.
Discipleship:  we want to be like Jesus.  Whatever He says, we do it.
Authenticity:  we want to be real people, not religious people.  No fakers allowed.
Multiplication:  we want to grow Christ followers, not members.  Disciples making disciples.
Generosity: we want to give ourselves away so that we and others can find real life. Yeah, this includes our stuff.
Community:  we want to live in an environment where every person is cared for.  Every member is a minister, not just the pastor.
Ministry:  we are all called to serve others.  A few of us serve inside the church, most of us outside.
City:  people and culture are not our enemies.  We will reject what we must, redeem what is necessary, and embrace the rest.
